In addition to high quality instruction and demonstration, each class size is kept to less than 10 people, ensuring ample attention for each dancer. You can expect to leave the masterclasses feeling inspired, challenged, and empowered in your journey as dancers.

Uncover new techniques, refine your skills, and be inspired by Ms. Dali's unique artistry.

About Ms. Dali

Ms. Dali had trained at prestigious ballet schools such as the Ecole Superieure de danse de Cannes Rosella Hightower in France, and the Wiener Staatsoper Ballettakademie in Austria, where she was also awarded a full-time scholarship. She placed first in the European Ballet Grand Prix classical semi-final, and was invited to study at the Vaganova Ballet Academy the year after.

She graduated in the class of Maria Gribanova, and danced professionally with the Shanghai Ballet.

16 March, 4.00-6.00pm

Adult Ballet Vaganova Elementary with Stretch/Conditioning (Floor Barre)

This is a Vaganova technique & conditioning class where you’ll learn exercises that will help you perform better. Ms. Dali will introduce floor barre exercises, where ballet barre work is translated into floor and mat work exercises. This is a common routine among professional dancers, and highly recommended to be done as a pre-class routine. Floor barre helps dancers to warm up thoroughly for better muscle engagement during the actual class, and will help you develop stronger technique.

Floor barre will take place 45 minutes before the actual technique class.
